Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or not what was originally ordered. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please reach out to us immediately for return instructions. Please note, if we approve a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, and we will issue a refund for the cost of the item. However, shipping charges are non-refundable
